and William B. Jones of same place
who paid $400
for land on Beaver dam Creek
Beginning at three hichorys corner to John McCann (now Martin Galloway)
thence N29E 14 poles to two black oaks to a dogwood corner to Barry Gibson
thence up with the meanders of the branch NE 60 poles to two gums, an elm, and hickory
thence N32 E 36 poles to a post oak, black gum and black oak supposed to be the old Seminary Line
thence with said Seminary line S61E 10 poles to two black oaks one post oak and a hickory supposed to be in old Seminary line but whether said last mentioned corners in the old seminary line or not said line is to run with the said old Seminary line to the corner at or near the said two black oaks hickory and post oak on or near them in said Seminary line and exceeding the said distance of 110 poles
thence due south 152 poles to two pin oaks
thence S42W 77 poles to 3 dogwoods ash and white oak
thence N9W 175 poles to two elms and a post oak
thence running down with the meanders of the branch to the beginning
And the above land said to contain 135 acres

Whereas I William B. Jones of Henderson County, Kentucky am indebted to Andrew Kohl of same place in the sum of $315.31 due two years after this date and in order to secure payment
I hereby motgage and convey to the said Andrew Kohl land on the waters of Beaver Dam Creek containing 125 acres conveyed to me by Wiley Watson

containing forty acres more or less
part of a tract of Land conveyed to William B. Jones by James H. King, Jos Hanes, and Jos Hold the same forever with General Warranty

And having said tract of land divided by Comers Thos J O’Nan, Saul J. Alves, and R. Scrogin Easten into several lots and distributed among us, and we being content with said division and allotment do make this deed of partition:
Lot No. 1 containing 14 acres to Rice Jones
Lot No. 2 containing 17 and 62/100 aces to Nicholas Jones
Lot No. 3 containing 20 acres to Ann E. Chappel
Lot No. 4 containing 4 acres, houses, barns, and stable to Robert Jones
Lot No. 5 containing 16 and 33/100 acres to Elizabeth Hoskins
Lot No. 6 containing 16 acres to Silas Jones
Lot No. 7 containing 16 acres to Geo. F. Jones
The report of the commissioners shall be recorded in the Henderson County Clerk’s Office
