Facts and Events
William Hutchinson was born in early April 1861 at Sunderland in County Durham, son of Jane Hutchinson, formerly Cooper, and her husband William Hutchinson, a paper mill labourer. The 1861 census, taken on 7th April, records young William as being four days old, living with his parents and aunt at 3 Elgin Street in Sunderland.
Sadly William died when he was only one year old, being buried on 1st May 1862 at Bishopwearmouth Cemetery.
