Vol. 93, folio 214 reverse 5 Jan 1760: Samuel Henshaw jun'r of Milton Yeoman, sole Administrator of Elizabeth Parker late of Boston Widow deceased for £2.8.0 to William Henshaw of Boston Blacksmith conveys several lots of land in the part of Stoughton taken off Dorchester formerly laid out to Joshua Henshaw of Dorceased deceased: 20 acre lot beyond the "blew Hills", lot of cedar swamp 2 1/2 acres, 2 3/4 acres meadow in Boston, 50 acres in the twenty five Divisions so called, one sixth part of all other Lands that belonged to Joshua Henshaw deceased.
Vol. 88, folio 1 reverse 31 Jan 1755: William Henshaw of Boston Blacksmith and Jemima his Wife for £267=15=7 paid by John Spooner of Boston Merchant under authority of court (Jemima being under the age of twenty one) sell one third part of a Brick Dwelling Howe in Boston. [Note, 88:1 is deed of John Furnass of Boston Merchant, and 88:2 is deed of Powers Marriot guardian of Elizabeth Furnass minor child of Jonathan Furnass of Boston Baker deceased selling John Spooner the other two parts.]
Vol. 94, folio 65 1 Apr 1760: William Henshaw of Boston Blacksmith for £11.2.3 paid by Jedediah Morse of Walpole Yeoman sells one sixth part of several lots of land situated in that part of Stoughton taken from Dorchester that was formerly laid out to Joshua Henshaw. [Note p. 94:64 reverse Katharine Henshaw of Boston Spinster sells 1/6; p. 94:66 Joshua Henshaw of Boston sells 2/6]
- ↑ It is clear that the following items are a single person but it is not clear if it is this William or possibly William the son of James. The property on Newbury Street appears to be the one mortgaged and then sold by James to Joshua, and bought from Joshua by this William (see above), so it would seem the property ended up with this William but the transaction is not straightforward or clear. The debt in the probate of over £800 to Joshua Henshaw deceased, could possibly be related to the two mortgages given to James by Joshua, but that is not clear either. More research is needed. No mention of a wife, and the occupation of trader, prevents a clear identification of the principal.

Vol. 171, folio 135 : Thomas Crafts of Boston Esquire Administrator of William Henshaw late of said Boston Trader deceased intestate for £64 paid by Lemuel Hayward of Boston Physician conveys the reversion of a lot of land in Boston, and another lot in Boston, on death of Elizabeth Sebury nos Elizabeth Deming who held it by deed given by William Henshaw for the term of her life and no longer.
