By typical usage, one might assume it means 1662/63 [March being the first month of the year often included in next year even though new year didn't start until March 25; historians usually reporting dates with modern equivalent if double-dating not explicit to ease duration calculations] but without a source, no assessment can be made, and no events appear to be affected by either choice, so any choice amounts to nothing more than a guess.]
