Margaret Robinson et al to Moses Frame et al

Know all men by these presents, that we Margaret Robertson, Robert Erskine and Margaret, his wife, being children and heirs __ __ of William Erskine, Senior, deceased, all of the county of Guernsey, State of Ohio duly con-stitute and appoint Moses Frame, William Erskine and David Erskine as att-orney for us and our names, to bargain, sell and convey in fee simple by deeds of __ waranty for such price upon such terms of credit and to such person or persons as they shall think fit. The whole or part of the foll-owing premises situated in the county of Guernsey and state of Ohio and bounded and described as follows: viz Section seven (teen), Township 2 Range one, being the Southest part of the Southeast Quarter, supposed to contain seventy-five acres, be the same more or less hereby satisfying and confirming all such bargains receipt for purchase money agreements __ as shall be made accounted or acknowledged in the promises by our ___ at __ the same as if we were personally present and did the same.

In witness wherof we set our hands and seals this 13th day of January AD 1848.

The heading of this document lists Margaret Robinson, but I believeit to be a clerical error and should read Margaret Robertson, as she signs the document that way.

DEEDS: William Erskine Sr. spouse is Mary, so named in deed records for the county. 1821-35 Deed records for Guernsey Co. OH #893,755 pg. 242 names William and wife Mary, also pg. 352, and 353.
