    William Harrison Dunn
Birth: Mar. 3, 1833, Newton County, Indiana, USA
Death: Jun. 5, 1890, Salkum, Lewis County, Washington, USA
Burial: Salkum Cemetery, Salkum, Lewis County, Washington, USA

William H. Dunn had taken his very large family from OK to WA in 1889 to visit his brother who lived in WA. William was in poor health and hoped WA would not be as harsh on him as KS and OK were. While he had ranching interests in OK (which his sons managed for him) he lived in KS. William died unexpectedly while in WA. All the family members returned to OK after his death.

George Ellis Dunn moved to NM with Rose and her husband shortly after 1900. He worked land belonging to his brother, John, and also worked for a nearby rancher. One morning in September 1918 he went to the rancher to collect his back wages. His horse came home later in the day with blood on the saddle. Rose and Charles rode horseback for days searching for George, but his body was never found. The family believed the rancher killed him.
