Death Takes W. O. Bowen 

  William Orlin Bowen, 66, of 515 Steffan St., died Thursday in his home after a brief illness.
  A native of Visalia, he was a Vallejo resident for 20 years.  He was the owner of the J & F Market on Benicia Rd. for 13 years.
  He was a member of the Retail Clerks Union Local No. 373.
  Surviving are his widow Mildred F., daughters Mrs. Patricia J. Peterson, San Jose, and Mrs. Virginia L. Slekkerveer, Sauselito; sisters, Mrs. J. E. Joseph, San Jose, and Mrs. F. R. Heberling, Visalia; several grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
  A funeral service is pending at Tevin Chapels.
