WILLIAM BELL, Jnr. Will 6th Oct 1803.
In the name of God amen I William Bell Jnr. of Williamson County and State of Tennessee being in perfect senses do make my last will and testament in the following manner, that is to say,
I give and bequeath to my Father William Bell, Senr., one sorrel mare about six years old, namely Poll, I give and bequeath to my sister Elizabeth Bell one black mare two years old, namely Madam, I give and bequeath to my Brother James Bell one year old horse colt namely Jack also one handsaw, one keesaw, one falling ax and four plain belts, I give and bequeath to my sister Sally Bell one bay mare two years old namely Cate, I give and bequeath to be Brother Thomas Bell one sorrel mare about four years old namely Winn, I give and bequeath to my brother Stinson Bell one bay mare two years old namely Jewel I give and bequeath to my brother John Bell one Rifle gun, one cow and calf namely Wylie, one year old steer and one year heifer, I give and bequeath to my brother in law Joseph Payton four hoggs, all of the wether property named to the different persons I give and bequeath to them and their heirs forever.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this sixth day of October in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and two.
