    Weller Clayton Bent, 76, of Friedens RD 2, died Nov. 4, 1984, at hisresidence. Born March 24, 1908, in Stonycreek Township, son of the lateSamuel T. and Lucinda (Watkins) Bent. Survived by wife, the former MaryEvelyn Miller and these children: Jay, Davidsville; James, Friedens RD 2;Mrs. Charles (Audry) Ludy Jr., Somerset; eight grandchildren; and two greatgrandchildren. Brother of Mrs. Rhoda Yoder, Boswell RD 2; and Mrs. FredaPyle, Somerset RD 3. Member of Rayman Church of the Brethren, SomersetLodge No. 358 F&AM, Pittsburgh Consistory, and UMWA. Friends will bereceived from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at Richard E. Hauger FuneralHome where service will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, with the Rev.Robert L. Hoffman officiating.
