RELIGION: Christian - Religious Society of Friends. In 1859 was recorded a Minister. Undertook missionary work in Bewdley, Worcestershire for 17 years. Went to Ireland to undertake similar work.

CONFLICT: The 1881 Census disks give Watson's occupation as Home Mission Agent which seems more in line with his activity as a Friend's Minister.
