  3. ↑ The death certificate said that Walter worked at Swift & Co from 1892 to 1911 and was a manager. He had been sick for a year. He had lived at 5755 Union in Chicago for 18 years and in Chicago for 25 years. The last 3 weeks were spent at the Elgin Asylum where he died of Dementia Paralglisa?for 15 months with contrubuting cause of paresis for 2 months and pneumonia for 6 days. He was buried at Oakwoods. The informant was R.R. Hamilton (Leroy Roe) who also lived at 5755 Union.
