Turner R. Parker was apparently married four times. The name of his first wife may be an "Amanda Marita", but this needs additional research. He was married second to Polly Johnson, daughter of Tarlton S. Johnson and Sarah Bettingfield on 27 September 1842 in Carroll County, Tennessee [Source: Tennessee Marriages 1780-2002]. Polly apparently died prior to 1846, when Turner had married Elizabeth "Betty" Davis [source: Find-A-Grave pages of their children William Green and Martha E. Parker]. Elizabeth "Betty" Davis was listed in the 1850 Census as being born abt. 1817 in Tennessee. Prior to the 1860 Census, Turner had married his likely fourth wife, "Isabella" (surname unknown), who was listed in that Census as being born 1817 in South Carolina.

Additional research is necessary to identify the identity of Turner's first and last wives. He may have died prior to 1870, as he was not able to be located in the Census by this researcher.
