    Private, Company G, 7th Tennessee Cavalry, enlisted in Carroll Co, TN on 8/5/1862. Captured and paroled at the battle of Trenton, TN on 12/20/1862, he spent time in parole camp at Columbus, OH (Camp Chase). Sent to Nashville in September 1863, he mustered out at Saulsbury, TN on 10/25/1863. In 1891 he applied for an invalid pension under the name Henry O Parker.
