  22. "Thomas F. Krumm, 80, retired inventor and well-known rock hobbyist, diedTuesday in Toledo hospital. He lived at 2820 Gracewood Road. In 1934,Mr. Krumm founded Krumm's Manufacturing Co., which make tools used forwheel alignments, some of which he invented. Some of his otherinterventions included a hand operated paint mixer, a weed extractingdevice, a traction splint, and a pad for mail bags with shoulder straps.Mr. Krumm retired in 1959 and opened Krumm's Rock Shop for the cuttingof semi-precious stones. Rock collecting and cutting were hobbies ofMr. Krumm since 1914. He also founded the Toledo Gem and Rock HoundClub. He maintained a studio in the basement of his home to pursue hishobby. Surviving are his wife, Ida L.; son, Fred J.; daughter Mrs.Dorothy F. Schneider, and sister, Mrs. Viola Cloud. Services will beFriday at 1 PM in the Ansberg -- West mortuary, where the body will beafter 7 tonight."
