15. TIMOTHY3 SMALL (JOHN2, DANIEL1, FRANCISA, EDWARDB) was born May 16, 1742 in Cape Elizabeth, Cumberland Co., ME, and died February 27, 1818 in Eastern Cemetery, Portland ME. He married MARY SMITH March 25, 1765 in Cape Elizabeth, Cumberland Co., ME, daughter of JOHN SMITH and MARY HOPKINS. She was born March 25, 1745 in Cape Elizabeth, Cumberland Co., ME, and died June 15, 1812.

Cape Elizabeth, 25 Mar. 1745, prob. dau. of John & Mary (Hopkins) Smith, d. Cape Elizabeth, 15 Jun. 1812, ae. 67y 3m. Timothy lived in Narraguagus, Limington, and was in Cape Elizabeth by 1777, where he was Town Clerk from 182-1816. He bore a prominent part in the lawsuits with the Ossipee Proprietors as descendants of EDWARD SMALL.

Timothy, b. May 16, 1742, in Falmouth (Cape Elizabeth). Mary, wife of Timothy

Small, was b. March 25, 1745, in Falmouth (Cape Elizabeth); they were married about 1765, her maiden name is not known. They were living in Narraguagus when their first child was born; before 1771, they returned to Cape Elizabeth; in 1777, they were in Limington, where they remained a short time. Timothy Small bore a prominent part in the lawsuits with the Ossipee Proprietors. As his name appears second on the list of the heirs of Daniel3 Small, he probably represented the interest of his father, John4 Small, second son to Daniel." Timothy Small was town clerk of Cape Elizabeth, 1802-1816. He d. "Feb. 27, 1818, aged 75 years," and was buried in the Eastern Cemetery, at Portland.
