[edit] OriginsBetween April 13, 1600 and October 17, 1602 he appears to have moved from Cranbrook to Ashford. In St. Mary's Church of Ashford records of his younger children are found. Documented events in his life were: 1. Mention in Will, Inv. or Prob.; 10 Mar 1593/94; New Romney, Kent, Eng 2. Received legacy in the will of his father, Thomas Starr. 2. Executor or Overseer of Will; 13 Dec 1597; Cranbrook, Kent, ENG 4. Thomas Starr, Mercer, of Cranbrook was granted administration of the will of James Iddenden of Cranbrook, along iwth Richard More & Theophilus Turke of Halden, Joiner. 3. Executor or Overseer of Will; 15 Dec 1597; Cranbrook, Kent, ENG 5. Thomas Star of Cranbrook, Mercer, was granted administration of the estate of Agnes Iddenden, widow, late of Cranbrook, along with Richard Moore, brother of the deceased, & Thomas Turke of Halden, Joiner.
