    Thomas J. Ralph, 60, of Springfield died Tuesday at Memorial Medical Center. He was born Oct. 1, 1937, in Springfield, the son of George C. and Mabel Hesse Ralph.

    Mr. Ralph, a lifelong resident of Springfield, retired as an electrical engineer from Memorial Medical Center. He was a U.S. Navy veteran and member of St. Joseph's Church.

    Survivors: two daughters, Paula Woods and Tammy Adams, both of Springfield; two sons, Tommy D. and Brian D. Ralph, both of Springfield; five grandchildren; four sisters, Ellen Dahlkamp of Springfield, Theresa Deschane of Champaign, Rita Stringer of Belleville and Donna Kunz of Decatur; three brothers, George Ralph of Springfield, James Ralph of Belleville and Joseph Ralph of Laguna Niguel, Calif.; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

    Services: Memorial Mass, St. Joseph's Church, the Rev. Pat Render CSV officiating. Burial: Calvary Cemetery.
