    BIOGRAPHY: Thomas J. apparently left the family sometime between 1850 and 1860. No information on his further whereabouts or date of death, according to Sheet No. 5, Compiled by Charles O. Meadows of Northridge, CA 91325. However, it is noted on Family Group page that his death was after 1858. Another listing states he died in 1860 both of which would contradict his serving in Co. K., First Arkansas Infantry during the Civil War.
    [I have not found that he was in the military]
