BROWN GENEALOGY, by Cyrus Henry Brown page 113. THE DESCENDANTS OF EZEKIEL MAINE, by Algernon Aikin Aspinwall, 1905. His will was dated February 9, 1771, and probated September 6, 1771. He was for many years a Deacon in the Church at North Stonington CT, the town of Stonington having been divided into two parishes in 1727. He married, first, April 20, 1720 (before he was 20 years old), Ann Brown of Stonington. She was born February 1, 1699/1700, and died March 11, 1766. Just two months and three days afterwards, on May 14, 1766, he married, second, Elizabeth, daughter of Thomas and Persis (Cleveland) Hewitt. She was born April 12, 1709.
