Will of "Thomas Drury of Framingham", dated 29 Nov 1722, proved 11 Nov 1723, names ["three Eldest sonns"] Caleb, Tho's and John Drury; daughters Mary Bent, Rachell Forbank, Lydia Drury, Elezebeth Morse; Cozen Mary Ball; wife Rachell Drury; ["two youngest sons"] Micah Drury & Uriah Drury. Wife Rachell and son Micah to be executors, Mr Sam'll St[one?] ju'r & Mr John Ston "bretheren" to be overseers. Sep 1723: Inventory of estate of Cap't: Thomas Drury Late of fframingham taken September [blank] 1723 by Edw. Goddard and Ben Bridges. Sworn to 11 Nov 1723. 21 May 1725 Bond of Micah Drury husbandman of Framingham as executor, he being in his minority when the will was proved.
