Thomas Champion, son of Henry the emigrant settler, was born in Saybrook, Conn. in April 1656, married in Lyme, Aug 23, 1682, Hannah, born Sept 14, 1664, in Lyme, daughter of Woolston and Hannah (Briggs) Brockway. After Mr. Champion's death, which occurred April 5, 1705, his widow remarried, and died March 2, 1750.

(of wh[om]. one was Mary, wh[o]. bec[ame]. sec[ond]. w[ife]. of Timothy Fuller of East Haddam) and he d[ied]. 1705.
