- The State of Tennessee, [Warrant] Number 1678
- To all to whom these presents shall come Greeting Know ye that in pursuance of an Act of the General Assembly passed on the twenty third day of November Eighteen hundred and nine There is granted by the said State of Tennessee unto Thomas Anderson and William Anderson a certain tract or parcel of land containing Eightyone Acres and one Rod lying in the County of Knox in the District South of French Broad and Holston on the waters of Knobb Creek there being due and chargeable on said land the sum of Eighty one Dollars and twenty five Cents with the Interest due thereon, Beginning at a post oak on the top of a ridge Reads corner thence North Sixty one East twenty eight Chain to a hickory north eighty one East thirteen Chain to a Black and North thirty five West thirteen Chain to a stake North forty two East forty two Chain to a stake North sixty five East twenty one Chain to an ash Murphys Corner thence with his line north fourty two West thirty seven Chain to a post oak South forty eight West seventy eight Chain to a stake South seven East forty three Chain to the Beginning, Surveyed April the third Eighteen hundred and seven, With its appurtenances to Have and to Hold the said tract or parcel of land with its appurtenances to the said Thomas Anderson and William Anderson and their heirs and assigns forever.
- In Witness thereof Willie Blount Governor of the State of Tennessee hath hereunto set his hand and caused the great seal of the said State to be affixed at Knoxville on the twenty first day of June in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and twn and of American Independence the Thirty fourth.
