    TALITHA HAINS January 11, 1853

Whereas I have been unjustly deprived of the use and service of my negro woman, and having no aid except that given me by my daughter Milly McGuire who has for several years resided with me and taken care of me, I give her everything I may have at my death, except #30 which I give to my old servant Alexander. I desire Mr. C. T. Harvy to pay said Alexander. Executor, daughter Milly McGuire.
