To my beloved wife, Talitha Haines, farm, etc. her natural life. All my property except my land equally divided between my son Christopher Haines and my daughters, to wit: Polly Richey, Mildred McGuire, Sally Pippin, Talitha Sanders, Martha Borders, and Chrisey?
