Rites Are Held For Susan Jeanne Moses

Funeral services were held at 9:30 am December 13 at St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Monona for Susan Jeanne Moses, baby daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Moses, who passed away at her home in Galt on December 11 following an illness of two months from Lymphatic Leukemia. Rites were conducted by Rev. William Michael. Burial was in St. Patrick's cemetery.

Susan Jeanne Moses, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Moses, was born at Hampton on June 18, 1949, and was baptized in the Catholic church at Clarion. She passed away early in the morning December 11 at the age of one year and five months.

She is survived by her parents, two brothers, Donald, 19, and Darwin, 13, and her grandmother and grandfather Muchow.

Those from a distance attending the funeral were: Mr. and Mrs. Werner Johanningmeier of Cedar Rapids, Mr. and Mrs. Edward R. Levy and Miss Mary Ann Muchow of Des Moines, Mr. and Mrs. John Muchow Jr. of Ottumwa, Mrs. N.E. Poncin and Charles Humphreys of Galt, Miss Barbara Humphreys of Eagle Grove and Mrs. Irma Smith of Elgin.
