I've gone back and forth about whether she's the daughter of Pet er Flandreau b.1776 or Peter Flandreau b.1785. I now think ther e are two Susan Flandreaus, one daughter for each Peter. I thin k Spies was likewise confused and combined the records. The dat es probably belong to the other Susan, but there probably reall y was a Susan C. buried in the plot with the family as listed ab ove. Susan appears in the 1850 census living with the other dau ghters in NYC but not as a beneficiary in Pamelia's 1860 will.

I _think_ I now have the right Susan married to cousin Edward Fl andreau. However, there is still some contradictory informatio n to overcome. Susan C. Flandreau is listed as the widow of Edw ard in Turner's 1907 New Rochelle Directory, but lives at 84 Win yah Avenue. That is the same address as the last residence of S usan A. Flandreau buried in Beechwoods, according to Beechwood r ecords. Of course, Spies has that person as Susan C. Flandrea u as listed below.
