He was succeeded by Dr Wilkins who built a new house thereon, then by Henry P Cortelyouu who lives there nos (1881). Mr Cortelyouu enlarged the house, improved the outbuildings, planted trees and enlarged the lawn for which the house is now named "greenlawn Farm" source Snell 1881. p 804.
