Vol 8 p.109-10.
Sherman wrote his will on May 3, 1873. It was probated on Oct 27, 1873. He left one half his estate to his widow, Rosina. Other half to his unborn child when age 21, if didn't reach 21, that half of the estate was to be split amoung his sisters & their children.

There is a stone for Rosina in this Cemetery. States she was born in 1843. But she is not buried here.
