Sarah Walby was born on 24th February 1655 at Aston in Hertfordshire, daughter of Martha Walby, formerly Smith, and her husband George Walby, a butcher. When Sarah was six years old, her father died. Sarah was left five pounds in his will, which was to be paid after her mother's death. Sarah has yet to be traced after 1661.
