They were the parents of Sarah's mother (Mary Margaret). Jacob was a brother of Adam, Sarah's mother and Wesley were first cousins. I guess that wasn't uncommon way back then."

Is Survived By Her Husband And Two Sons - Sarah Elizabeth Zimmerman, the daughter of Mr and Mrs James Sinclair, was born in Knox county, Ohio, May 15, 1861. Mrs Zimmerman was 76 years, 10 months and 25 days old when she departed this life in Squieres, Sandusky County April 9, 1938. She was in good health considering her age, up until about a week before her death. Heart failure was the cause of death. On October 30, 1880, she was married to Mr J Wesley Zimmerman, and they lived in our community during their married life. To this union were born two sons: Sterling E Zimmerman of Bradner, and Mervin J Zimmerman of Fostoria. They were both members of the Trinity Evangelical Church in 1885. She was an active Church Worker, being a teacher in the Church School and a leader in other Church activities. She did her work in a quiet way, but in a way which accomplished much. Many have felt her great Christian influence. She leaves to mourn her loss, her husband and two sons, six grandchildren and many other relatives and friends. The last rites were held at 2pm Tuesday in the Trinity Evangelical church near Risingsun. The Rev CP Tozer officiated. Interment in Trinity cemetery."
