Two different sources of information correspond regarding Sarah Ann Mullens McClanahan's birth and death dates. The first, a note from Margaret Tompkins provided the exact dates. The second, from the Fayette County Cemetery Index listing of Harrah Cemetery on Backus Mountain provided just the years.

On the 1910 Census, Fayette County, Quinnimont, ED #25 Sarah Ann Mullens is probably the same person as Georgianna McClanahan. Sarah was married to George McClanahan. The Census indicates that Georgianna was a 59 year old widow with a son Samuel (age 29) and a daughter Nora (age 22) and an Eli Mullens (age 90) in her house. This has to be her.
