He had a pedlars wagon in Wayne Co., IA. In 1909 they lived in Clio, IA. About 1912 they were in Gravette, Ark. Around 1915 they returned to Clio."

He moved to NE between 1870 and 1874 as did Peter Calhoun, his cousin.
