Glatfelter; 1949; pp. 122-123 OBITUARY: From an unsourced paper comes the following - RELATIVES OF REUBEN C. BORTNER In last week's issue, in our notice of the death of Reuben C. Bortner, late of Brodbeck's, we gave a sister as the only surviving relative, which was according to the information given us. We are indebted to a member of the family for the following additional information: The late Reuben C. Bortner is survived by his aged father, Jared Bortner, of Brodbeck's; two grandchildren, Roxie and Ruth Bortner, of Spring Grove, and six brothers and sisters - Martin Bortner, Glenville; Edwin Bortner, West Manheim township; Mrs. E.D. Bortner, Brodbeck's; Mrs. John Hale, Cornwall, Pa; Mrs. C. H. Meckley, Lima, Ohio and Mrs. Belinda Deveney, Mansfield, Ohio.
