    Roy Parkison, aged about 80, passed away March 19, 1963, at his home after a long illness. He and his son John owned and operated Parkie’s Tavern at Wolf Lake. 
    He is survived by his wife, Bessie; two additional sons, Don of Albion, and George of Kimmell; one daughter, Mrs. Edward Prince of Wolf Lake, and 13 grandchildren. 
    Funeral services will be conducted at the Bonham & Miser Funeral Home, Friday, at 2 p.m. with Rev. Herman Hedges officiating. Interment will be in Thorn cemetery in Whitley county.
