 In the 1930 census, Roger is living with his brother at their uncle William Fitting's family in Nutley, Essex Co., New Jersey.  Roger is 15, born New Jersey (parents New Jersey [?]).

 According to Paul Fitting's family history notes, Roger married Elizabeth Voorman and had three children: Linda, David and Bruce. Elizabeth, or Betty, was half-sister to Helen Voorman who married his uncle Jacob Fitting III.
 According to his Social Security record, Roger's last residence was Medford, Burlington Co., New Jersey.
 Roger and Elizabeth are buried in Wykoff Reformed Cemetery in Wyckoff, Bergen Co. {<www.findagrave.com>}
