NOTES OF INTEREST

Bob was a farmer and lived and worked on the WADDELL farm in Wesson most of his life. He never married. He was not listed with his family in the 1900 census. A nephew, Clifford BOLIAN has an 8X10 picture of a steam engine with some men around it. Clifford believes one of the men is Bob and that he worked for the railroad for several years. Bob is remembered as being a sweet and easy going person. He was ill and in bed for manyu months before he died at the home of his sister, Gladys WADDELL PETTIGREW. Glady's son believes that Bob died with cancer. Bob died at the age of 71. He is buried in the WADDELL-POWERS family cemetery located on a hill in a pasture just south of Wesson, MS. There is no marker.
