SCHENK, Robert F., Sr., age 86, of 3127 Greenwood Ave., passed away Mon., June 26, 1978. A life time Whatcom Co. resident, he was an Army veteran of WWI & a member of the Lime & Gypsum Workers Union. He is survived by his wife, Edna; 1 son and daughter-in-law, Robert Jr. and Norma of Alderwood Manor; 3 daughters and son-in-laws, Hazel & Don Pullar of Lynden, Lois & Rob Brehmer of Anacortes, Doris Nutter of city; 12 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, numerous nieces & nephews. Graveside service Thurs., June 29 at 10:30 a.m. at Woodlawn Cemetery. Arrangements by Jones Funeral Home.
