Funeral program--Robert W. Moor was born November 17, 1928 in Guthrie Center, Iowa to Faun & Margaret Wolfe Moor. He passed away Saturday, June 19, 2004 at Larchwood Inn in Grand Junction, Colorado. He grew up in Guthrie Center and graduated from Guthrie Center High School in 1946. He went to work in Des Moines and later entered the United States Army. After his discharge, Bob started his career as a paint store manager in Colorado and later transferred to McCook, Nebraska as a manager of Comas Paint Store for a number of years. He transferred to Grand Junction Colorado and was manager there until his retirement. Robert was a active in the Masonic Lodge in Grand Junction. In 1973 he became Master of Mesa Lodge NO. 55 AF & AM. The York Rite Bodies have also benefited by his excellence and devotion and he was awarded the honor of KYCH. He has served on the advisory boards of Job's Daughters, Rainbow, DeMolay, and on a occasion he has been drafted to play Santa Claus. He liked hunt, read and work with leather. Robert is survived by his brother Mark Moor of Guthrie, sister Margaret Moor of Guthrie Center, niece Mary Margaret Moor of Sidney, Nebraska, and many cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents, sister Marjorie Moor and brother Roger Moor. Image Gallery
