Robert Meakins was born on 11th January 1780 and baptised the following day at Woburn in Bedfordshire. He was the son of Ann Meakins, formerly Wilson, and her husband John Meakins. Sadly, Robert died when he was only seven months old, being buried at Woburn on 27th August 1780.
