- ↑ "BLOOD POISON-- Resulted From Severe Burns Received a Week Ago by a ManWhile Drunk-- Columbus, Feb. 29--Saturday afternoon, Robert Krumm, whoresided with his sister east of the city, was sent to the county jailfor safe-keeping. Krumm, who had been an employe of the Rarig works, wasrather a hard drinker, and about one week ago fell on a redhot stove,receiving very severe burns. He had been drinking Saturday and about 3pmon that day was sent to the jail by friends. Later he was taken by abrother to the sanatarium at Shepard's, where about 1 o'clock Sundaymorning he died of blood poisoning as the result of his injuries. He wasabout 35 year of age and single. He leaves several brothers and sisters.The family is quite prominent."
