ROBERT S. FRANKART

Robert S. Frankart, 76, of Bascom died in Fostoria City Hospital at 8:45 p.m. Wednesday after a six-month illness, He was a swlf employed butcher. He was born November 12, 1895 in Bascom to Isaac and Theresa (Nye) Frankart. He married Rose Distel in St. Joseph's Church in Tiffin on October 16, 1919 and she survives with a daughter Norma, the wife of Alvin Lang of New Riegel, and a grandchild. Also surviving is a brother, LOUIS FRANKART of Fostoria, OH. He was a member of the American Legion Post, the Moose Lodge of New Riegel, a veteran of World War I, and a member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Bascom, where services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday. The Rev. Frederick Schill will officiate. Burial will be in the Seneca Memory Gardens under the direction of the Pahl-Nemeth Funeral Home in Tiffin. Friends may call at the funeral home 7-9 p.m. tonight and 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Friday. The rosary will be recited at the funeral home at 8:15 p.m. Friday.
