LOUIS FRANKART

Louis Frankart, 74 of 105 S. Vine St., was dead on arrival at Fostoria City Hospital Sunday at 6:30 p.m. He was born in Bascom on December 13, 1899, to Isaac and Theresa (Nye) Frankart. Surviving are 13 nieces and nephews. Mr. Frankart was a member of the Moose Lodge and St. Wendelin Catholic Church, where services will be Wednesday at 9:30 a.m. Burial will be in St. Joseph's Cemetery, Tiffin, OH. Friends may call at the Harrold Funeral Home today and Tuesday from 7 to 9 p.m. The rosary will be recited Tuesday at 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
