Crossett, age 70, life resident of Orwell, passed away Monday at Hershey Medical Center in Hershey, PA. He was born March 22, 1944 in Williamstown, the son of Dwight and Isabelle Roser Crossett. He attended APW Schools. Robert married Norma Kennedy on July 6, 1968. He was employed by the Orwell Town Highway Department for 31 years, retiring in 2000. He was previously employed by Larabee Wire Mill in Camden for eight years. He also owned and operated a farm for many years. Robert was a member and trustee of Riverside Methodist Church in Altmar, former master and member of the Ricard Grange #993, member of Williamstown Senior Citizens, and Camden Villagers. He was also a member of the Orwell Town Board. Surviving are his wife, Norma E., one stepson, Terrence (Michelle) Kennedy of Parish, one brother, Willard (Candy) Crossett of Sandy Creek and several nieces and nephews. Robert was predeceased by one brother, Irving Crossett who died in 2010. Funeral Services will be held noon Saturday, at the Foster-Hax Funeral Home, 52 Park Street, Pulaski with burial at the convenience of the family. References
