[edit] =========================================================Pulaski Democrat, 24 Jan 1952: RITES HELD FOR DWIGHT CROSSETT Dwight N. Crossett, 71, died at his home in Ricard Friday night following a long illness. Funeral services were held from the family home on Monday... with the Rev. Kenneth L. Combs, pastor of the Ricard Methodist church officiating. Interment was made in Riverside cemetery at Altmar. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Isabel Rose Crossett; three sons, Irving, Robert and Willard Crossett, and one sister, Miss Mayme Crossett, all of Ricard. Another sister, Miss Lela Crossett, died just a month ago. Mr. Crossett was born in Ricard, Oct. 2, 1880, the son of Benjamin and Harriet Eastman Crossett, one of the pioneer families of that vicinity. He was a farmer and had always lived in the vicinity of Ricard. He was a member of the Ricard grange. References
