My place of birth and date may be suspect. My information shows all other siblings, younger or older were born either in Tennessee or Kentucky. Sumner County, Tennessee tax records show that his father, Richard Sr. was paying taxes on property he held on the Right Fork of Bledsoe Creek in 1820, that last date that I have found the family to still be in Tennessee.
