Based on LDS Family Group Sheet for Richard Senter submitted by Lewis SENTER and Lorane SENTER Sutphin. Some LDS records say he was born in Kentucky and others in Tennessee. There are a number of Wayne County, Illinois documents containing entries for SENTER brothers including Green SENTER.

↑ NOTE ON DEATH I have fund no records to indicate his date or place of death. Green was still living in 1852 when he filed on and purchased Public Land in Wayne County, Illinois. He was old enough to have served in the Illinois State Militia along with his brothers James, Richard, Littleberry, Seaton and Raven but his name does not appear in any of the Muster Rolls in 1862-63 or other Illinois military Civil War records however he is not accounted for in the US Census for 1860. This may indicate that he was either deceased or had moved away prior to 1862.
