Wife: Mary Selden. Son: James. "If he should die before his present wife, then executors to sell so much of estate of sd son James as will comply with a contract of marriage between Col. James Ball and myself in behalf of our children." :Sons: John & Richard, 1000 acres of land in Fauquier Co. left him by his grandfather, Maj. James Ball.
