Acquisition of Land from Virginia Northern Neck Land Grants:
- G-379: Richard Ireson of Frederick Co., 428 acres in said County. Surv. Mr. John Baylis. On Cedar Creek, adj. John Fewcatt (Fawcet), Joseph Fewcatt (Fawcet), on Little N. Mountain. 23 July 1750. [Virginia Northern Neck Land Grants, 1742-1775, Vol. 2, Gertrude E. Gray, pg. 41-42].

- Quaker Meeting Record, Philadelphia Monthly Meeting Minutes, 27th day of the First Month 1747: Richard Ireson brought into this Meeting a paper signed by him & Sarah his Wife condemning their disorderly proceeding in Marriage many Years since, & desiring a Certificate to Friends of Chester Monthly Meeting of their Conduct in other respects during their Residence in this City, in order to their obtaining a Certificate from thence to Friends at Hopewell in Virginia where they now resided, the Meeting therefore appoints Samuel Powell & John Bringhurst to make the necessary Enquiry, and if they find it proper to prepare a Certificate for them to Chester Monthly Meeting.
