Southeast of Block 63, on North Shore of Silver Lake, Book D, p. 598 (filed 3 May 1849, deed 30 Apr 1849): Sale by Roland Jones to Richard A. Cutliff and Benjamin Johnson, for $1,000 -- the lot ground lying south west of the residence of the said Roland Jones and known as his woodland pasture, the fence at the foot of said Jones' garden to be the dividing live between the property herein sold and the present property of said Jones, the other boundaries being Silver Lake and the Town of Shreveport. The cross fence above referred to as the boundary between the said Jones & Johnson and Cutliff is the fence beginning at or near the end of Spring Street and running thence in a south east direction to Silver Lake.
