  • On 22 June 1758 the court ordered that Thomas Baulkham be paid as a witness for William Minor in the Orange County suit of Reuben Lantor. On 23 November 1758 He [Thomas Baulkham] and Ann Rustin were indicted for fornication. He pled not guilty and the case was dismissed on 23 August 1759, probably because they married. [Orders 1754-63, 404, 479, 491].
